In order to investigate the possible changes of helioseismic global parameters inside the Sun related solar cycle, we construct the solar variability models including the effects of variable magnetic fields and rotation. We adopt the combine mechanisms for the generation of magnetic field and transport of magnetic flux through the convective zone. The results indicate that a most likely cause of the variation of sound speed at the base of the convection zone is the magnetic field. However, we find that the variation of the mode characteristics, such as frequency, depends strongly on the near surface effects of magnetic fields. Furthermore, the proposed model can help us to understand the physical mechanism of solar variations on the solar cyclic and longer timescales.
